South Pasadena Real Estate Trends Jan - March 2014

Now that the 1st quarter has come to an end, lets take a look at the trends from the past three months.  In March, we see that that active listings slightly increased. Average sale price and per SF price has risen.  Median price has also gone up about 75% from January 2014.
