Pasadena Shooting Leaves Man Critically Wounded

Police are searching for two men who may be involved in a shooting Tuesday afternoon that left a man critically wounded.

A man was critically wounded in a shooting Tuesday afternoon and police are searching for two men who may be involved in the incident, Pasadena Police said.

A man called police at about 2:12 p.m. and said his brother had been shot near the intersection of Chester Street and Villa Street, according to a police news release. The man was transported to the hospital and is in critical condition, Pasadena Police Sgt. Tory Riley said.

Details about the number of shots fired or the extent of the alleged victim's wounds were not immediately available, Riley said.

Two men in a tan colored vehicle were seen leaving the scene and are persons of interest in the investigation, the news release states.
