New condos hit Pasadena real estate market

There are 34 new condos on the Pasadena real estate market with the rise of The Burton, the second phase of a three-phase development by American General Contractors. The first pharse, The Livingstone, involved renovating an older building, but the Burton is new construction. With phase 3 already started, we can expect even more condos to hit the Pasadena real estate market.

The Burton, located on South Los Robles, was built with a contemporary design that includes custom features and unique floor plans.
