Umami Burger in Old Town Opens Monday
The gourmet burger eatery will be situated next to Intelligentsia, taking over the space formerly occupied by Naga Naga Ramen.
Umami Burger's location in Old Town Pasadena is now slated to open Monday at noon after its original opening this week was delayed, according to the company.
The design of the new Colorado Boulevard location, the company's fourth, drew its inspiration from the high-tech visual vibe of the Apple store, according to Umami CEO Adam Fleischman.
