The Market on Holly (57 E. Holly St.) in Pasadena is putting a face to some of the products they sell for their free Producer Series, in conjunction with Artisanal LA.
The next producer to be showcased in the line-up is Le Bon Garcon, which has gourmet preservative-free caramels like macadamia nut, mango passion and salted caramel in its sweet repertoire.
Le Bon Garcon founder Chef Justin Chao, who studied pastry in Paris and makes caramels in the artisanal French fashion, will be on hand to meet attendees and talk more about his creations from noon to 2 p.m. Saturday outside the Market on Holly Bodega next door.
