Grilled Cheese Co. Coming to Pasadena

The restaurant, Melt It, is located at 105 N. Hill Ave.

As the temperature drops, one new business in Pasadena plans to turn up the heat.

Melt It, a Grilled Cheese Company, is expected to open its doors at 105 N. Hill Ave. sometime this fall. The company's Facebook page advertises that the eatery specializes in "Classic, Gourmet, and Unique Grilled Cheese Sandwiches. A Modern Taste of Americana.''
