Pets Take Pictures With Santa at One Colorado (Photos and Video)

The proceeds from Pet Night with Santa on Thursday helped out the Pasadena Humane Society, which services the cities of Pasadena, South Pasadena, Arcadia, Glendale, La Canada Flintridge, San Marino and Sierra Madre.

Kids shared Santa's stage with their four-legged counterparts (and their guardians) at One Colorado on Thursday night for Pet Night with Santa, the time where residents were welcome to bring their pets and take pictures with Saint Nick.

Santa gamely sat in his chair as furry buddies ranging from beagles to Bernese Mountain Dogs jockeyed for position at his side just long enough for photographer Sean Quinn to snap some memories. Quinn did more than his part, raining down an arsenal of creative noises and gestures to gain the attention of the animals.

"You have to talk like Astro, from the 'Jetsons'," he said.

Proceeds from the event benefited the Pasadena Humane Society & SPCA. It's the same place where Lori Kameya found Spartacus, her Chihuahua, who was adorned in mini reindeer antlers for the occasion.

"I'm just trying to do whatever I can to help out (Pasadena Humane Society)," she said. "I didn't know they did this."
